Insurance and Payment

I do not accept insurance at this time. Why might choosing a self-pay therapist be the right decision for you?

  • No “labels” on your record.

  • Absolutely no one can access your records besides you and me.

  • Insurance does not get to decide what kind of treatment you need.

Please check with your insurance directly to verify your Out of Network coverage before beginning treatment. It is possible that some insurances will reimburse for part of the cost. I will provide a Super Bill that you can send to insurance.

What do you ask your insurance?:

  • What is my mental health coverage?

  • Do I have a deductible?

  • What is the possible reimbursement percentage?

  • Is there a limit to the amount of sessions per year?

  • Do I need physician approval?

Individual Sessions - $100 per 50 minute session

Couples and Families- $150 per 60 minute session

15 minute consultation - Free

Sliding scale is offered for Veterans, First Responders, and Teachers.

Upon completing your intake forms, you will be able to add a payment method in the form of a Credit Card. I also accept Zelle and Venmo if needed.
